The Process

Story is the number one priority. This should be the case for every cinematographer. My second priority is to execute the Director’s vision. I put in hours of pre-production work, ensuring the vision comes to life. Then I collaborate with my team and do the physical work of manipulating lighting and the camera. Then I finalize the look with an intensive color grade. The goal is to add emotion and not to take away from the story.
